What is Good? Balinese Wildlife.

Bali Starling


The Bali Starling, also known as the Bali Myna, is the regional mascot of Bali, but is also critically endangered. It is featured on the Indonesian 200 rupiah coin. The last places in Bali where they can be found in the wild is the West Bali National Park, as well as the island of Nusa Penida.



Banteng


Also known as the Balinese cow, wild Banteng are considered to be endangered and the population of Bantengs in Asia has decreased by 80%. However, they do exist in domesticity in abundance.
